There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. What a great property to stay at while on Kaohsiung! The staff are so friendly, the room ia a great size considering there are twin beds, the daily breakfast was amazing too!
