"This the worst hotel we have stayed in that we have booked through Hotels.com. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. We must thank hotels.com for sorting that out for us. "We arrived late at 02:00am. Guard welcomed us and took us to the room. We've got a bigger room since our was occupied. Generally, nice and clean place but far from every thing in Trincomalee. I wouldn't recommend to stay in any hotel in the city, go for the beach hotels. What you will save on hotel in the city, you will spend on Tuk-tuks there and back."
