Very nice historic hotel. Everything was clean and room was very comfortable . We did have issues with housekeeping showing up but the manager was responsive and fixed any issue. The grounds are beautiful , the spa experience was awesome. Definitely would return for another stay.

Everything was really good about our stay. Staff, service, food and room were awesome. The 25.00 “destination fee” tacked on at checkout outside of the Expedia payment leaves a bad taste. Not much transparency in what you are paying thru Expedia.

The staff were incredibly kind, observant and helpful. The room was very clean. Shower tiles could use some maintenance, but they were clean. The Three Owls restaurant/bar was excellent, although severely understaffed. But those working were very nice, and the food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I will recommend to friends and family.

My favorite place to stay!

The Elms is my go to place to enjoy some tranquil alone time. The rooms are clean, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The staff are awesome, the food at The Three Owls is delicious, the halls are quiet, and the grounds are lovely to walk. I'm looking forward to my next visit to relax and unwind.

Love this hotel! Lots of history and even some ghosts. Went on a ghost tour with Jay. Very knowledgeable, funny and spooky. Every employee we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Food at three owls was delicious!

No, the room was dusty actually. The staff was fabulous!!! Loved the lap pool!!!! We enjoyed our stay and the furry robes were a real plus! Thanks for the bday wishes! The food was to die for!!! Real pleasure to spend my 65th bday with the Elms!!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderfully relaxing experience at the Elms, celebrating our birthdays together. Despite the two weddings happening on site, the staff handled it all with ease and very intentional service to us all!
