I had a really nice stay at the Super 8 in Lenexa. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, so there are lots of options nearby. For the price, I really can’t complain. Overall, a good stay and great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls and carpet in the room could have been cleaned better. The bed was comfortable for the most part. Continental breakfast was very limited, they did have a waffle maker Not terrible for just needing a place to sleep.

The staff were nice, breakfast was good. The room is nice as well. Just one thing disappointed was the bed, the sheets look dirty and it got stains and hair (not my hair). Look like they remake the bed from previous people who stayed before us. It’s not clean and smell fresh.

Customer Service was good when we arrived, for check in it was fine. Other than charging $88 when it was supposed to be $58. Pool was supposed to be open - part of the reason for booking & was told it wouldn’t be for more than a week. Got to room, top door lock was broken, you could tell someone had kicked the door in before by the way the door frame was misshaped. Very old, damage furniture in room - Ripped up chair, dirty dresser. Dirty bathroom. The bedding was clean, and the pillows were clean as well though. So there’s that. Will not stay here again.
