Booked and paid through Expedia, but hotel charged us twice. So, charged three times for the room. Trying to get a refund. Called several times before booking and arriving on pool/slide/hot tub to ensure it was open. Hot tub was closed first 2.5 days due to "testing the chemicals", finally open the afternoon before we left. Slide was constantly down. The whole point of staying at a "water park" is to enjoy it, but this place is not worth it during the summer. You have to connect to the internet each time you turn on the TV or laptop. Breakfast was ok.

We came to enjoy the water park but the slide is only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The hot tub was out for maintenence. The pool was dirty and the towels were out. We came on Memorial Day and it wasn't that busy. The sheets were clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Our keys got deactivted every day so we kept having to go back down to get new keys, all the light switches were filthy, the shower floor was not very clean, the shower was only lukewarm water, the hallway smelled, and the hot tub was out of order.

This is a good hotel for a family that wants a mini vacation as they serve a hearty option of breakfast, the hotel did not seem huge to overwhelm finding your way, the pool area is simple and exciting to kids with the different depths, bright colours and themes.

I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay

The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Although the second day Saturday the water was cold.
