The hotel is ok. Kinda hard to find. But the staff are so incredibly helpful. Really, all of them. So kind. Lotsa sports kids there. They are very helpful for sharing amenities from ice, snacks, fridges, microwaves, washing uniforms in the laundry room. Food was plentiful. Don’t be surprised when the temp control is off in your room when u arrive. It works and cools off quickly.

Our room was very quiet except for the teenagers that were allowed to run from the upper floor around somewhere, down the exit stairs and around again and again at 10 at night on Friday night. Then a refrigeration truck was allowed to park along the side of the hotel on Monday night and every time it cycled it woke both of us up. There was construction going on which created people to have to drive back and forth at the front door where people park to check in which I found to be unsafe the way people were driving through there. We only spent our nights here as we only live 20 min.s away, but our ac had gone out and although we could spend our days at home it was difficult to sleep. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast always leaves something to be desired in these places. Neelu at checkin desk has amazing patience and truly seems to care to assist in any way. She's a keeper!

Check in was discouraging. Staff appeared in bad mood. No eye contact, no thank you, i will stay again as the rest of my stay was great. Women in breakfast area were amazing. And gentleman in the morning at front desk was pleasant and thanked us for staying and wished us a good day.

Great hotel! First time staying here and we were blessed with a free upgrade to a suite- it was so nice & spacious! The sitting room was perfect for the kids to watch tv and play with toys after a day at the zoo. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It was a quick drive to get dinner out and the free breakfast buffet was really good.
