The place was extremely clean, and staff was helpful when I had questions. The airport shuttle service was great. I am not a fan at all of the virtual check in. I came in very late night to check in and had to deal with a computer to get checked in while staff was walking around cleaning. I feel there shouldn't be the loss of human interaction at check in.

The facilities need to be improved, there was rust on the bathroom door frame. In the breakfast area the microwave and countertop were very dirty, sandwiches didn’t look appetizing. In the room the bedspread had a small brown stain. The was a piece of what looked like a toe nail on the floor. The ironing board was stained. There was a small bug crawling outside our room. AirPort shuttle was a convenient service, with a $5 fee per trip. Check-in was with someone through a camera, which I’ve never seen before. Staff was courteous.

Stayed in room 221. Got a big suite cause we needed a good night's sleep. This is for sure not the place for that. Walking in we had to check in with a person on a computer screen. In the room the counters were sticky everywhere. The pull out couch sheets had stains on it. The beds were rock hard. Tried to fall asleep and apparently we were right above the laundry room that was going all night. It was so loud and our bed vibrated all night. For breakfast you are given the option for yogurt and two kinds of frosted flakes. This place in not worth the money. The pool was out for maintenance, the bathrooms in the lobby were down for maintenance. The elevator was down for maintenance. Even the side exit doors for emergency exits wouldn't open. We thought with this being an international hotel it would be better but this is the worst days Inn I've ever stayed at in my life

Becareful of what you say in the lobby, the self check in screen can hear what you say and you then can see the words that you spoke on the screen for others to see. The pool was closed due to not passing state/local inpsection.The bed fram handle on the side is not in a good spot, it made a bruse on my upper thigh. Other than that, if you need a place to sleep it will do for a night. $ 5 for a shuttle ride to the airport. The female shuttle driver was not pleasant. Would not stay there again. The room was clean though.
