Our AC wasn’t working properly and they sent some one up to resolve the issue right away. Breakfast was pretty great and the bed was super comfy. Only complaint is that you can hear obnoxious people on their crotch rockets revving their engines.

Our experience at this Hotel was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the price we paid and the expectations we had. The rooms were not as clean as we expected and had a noticeable musty, stale smell. The fitness center was also very disappointing and lacked even the most basic equipment. The elevators were not clean either, and overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and facilities. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its downtown location, which is very convenient and in a great area. However, despite the good location, the condition of the hotel, its amenities, and especially the cleanliness were not up to the standard we expected for the price.
