Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City Downtown Crossroads
Hotel and staff were nice. Our room was not ready until after 6pm due to too many cleaning staff not coming to work that day. Su at the front desk was extremely patient and accommodating.

Sonesta Select Kansas City South Overland Park
Room was clean, no linens for the pull-out bed in the room. Could ask at check-in if guest would need these linens. $100 incidentals deposit???????????????? This is getting out of hand and then you hold this money FOR HOW LONG!!! ABSURD!
