"$425 for a room there is too much, rooms are not that luxurious and hotel is very dated."

"Beautiful old house that has been well decorated. Unfortunately, there was a stain on the sheet, Wi-Fi was very spotty, bath towel was frayed, lamps and furniture dusty, lights were too dark to see and there were some missing bulbs. Hard to enter entry codes as they were not illuminated. A lot of work has been done to the house which was impressive, but the lack of maintenance was a concern."

"This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking lot to the back doors. There are steep steps and it is a tripping hazard without good lighting."

"The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again."

"Area around the hotel is not great. Hotel itself not very clean. Laundry or vending machine did not work. Only one way in/out of the hotel. Definitely not worth the money!"
