"Free undercover parking. Beautiful pool"

"Customer service could really help with some communication. It seems pretty transactional. The place needs refurbishment and a bit of makeover. Went down to the Gym. Absolutely 0 gym equipment there. Location is great and views were very nice.. just some things I remember from my previous stays is no longer there.. place needs a makeover!"

"Staff were super helpful getting us an extra bed when needed, the breakfast was great and a beautiful start to our mornings and a great way to the the kids up and going ready for a big day 😊"

"I really like to stay here. Location is convenient; close to bus stops. You can walk to Queen Street for shopping. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable and clean. I feel safe to stay here. I will definitely come back to stay here. By the way, the staff team is welcome and responsible for their jobs very well. Thank you!!!"

"Not bad but very noisy at night and a smell in the hallways. Also it says parking is available but they won't let you pre book."

"This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again"

"Das Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel. Ich habe trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Abschlussrechnung bekommen. Die Roof top Bar Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr kompetent. Das Frühstück ließ teilweise 1,5 Stunden auf sich warten. Das Frühstücksbrot war fast steinhart."

"Highly recommend"
