"Brand new modern and state of the art hotel. Front desk is on 8th floor so you do not have much interaction with hotel staff. Staff was accommodating with any needs that arise."

"A great place to stay, across from Southern Cross station with skybus as well as local and regional transport. City Circle tram passes by as well. Lovely simple breakfast and attentive staff."

"The hotel was fully booked and some cleaning staff were on sick leave. We had to call them to clean up the room at 5 pm.! However, Ms.Pinky ( hotel manager) was very responsive and helpful. "

"Very helpful staffs and comfy beds. "

"มีรถบริการดีมาก สะดวก"

"There was mould in the bathroom, several things were broken, sheet was too small for a single bed, doona was dirty. A good location for me though. Way too pricey for the condition"
