The baths were very nice and they even have an outdoor one that has walls on all sides but is open to the sky...it was snowing when we were there which was cool. Great place to stay."

They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan.
