"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. Can’t say a bad...

"Jos kaipaat rauhaa, valitse tämä hotelli! Saimme ihanan rauhallisen kahden yön yöpymisen tässä hotellissa! Sijainti sivussa kaikesta hälinästä. Aamupala oli maukas ja riittävä. Huone oli todella upea, panoraama näkymä merelle! Kilpikonnia voit nähdä merellä. Hyvä uima-allas ja hyvä palvelu. "

"We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big)....

"We really enjoyed our stay in the lagoon paradise resort and even decided to stay one day longer than initially planned. You can enjoy the breakfast (as well as dinner) in the nice beach restaurant with a great view. We booked a cabana which was located near the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tangalle! Special thanks also to the staff (especially Weerasena & Thisara) who were more than welcoming."

"Fantastiske søde mennesker der arbejder på hotellet, beliggende på den anden side af vejen til stranden. Vi havde ofte poolen for os selv. Der var dejlig stille og roligt. Og så har de den sødeste hund lassie. Helt klart værd at besøge, hvis man ønsker ro og fred og en lækker pool. Maden smagte også rigtig godt. Hvis man ønsker byliv og aktiviteter hele tiden er dette ikke stedet. "

"What a place!! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children 10/12) in an Oceanfront view room. Large double bed and 2 day beds for the kids! Clean and well appointed with a daily freshen up! We had the best time. So relaxing! "Turtle Paradise er et sted som absolutt kan anbefales om man skal den veien. Standarden kan virke litt lavere ved første øyekast, men man finner raskt ut at dette er en liten oase et stykke fra Tangalle sentrum. Kort spasertur til stranden med skilpadde-sightseeing. Litt for lang avstand til sentrum, men dette gjenspeiler seg i en pris som vi faktisk opplevde som for lav i forhold til hva man fikk tilbake. Rene og pene rom, et kjøleskap som ikke virket, men det regner jeg med de løste etter at...

"The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast. Please note that they do not accept credit cards (which is poor) so you have to pay in local currency."
