It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Breathtaking resort. The feeling and buidings are amazing, the pillar houses just outstanding and the spa area very tastefully designed. I loved it. The only downside is the emerald beach that is a wonderful beach that is so dirty and full of plastic, glass and other rubbish. Why?
