The hôtel was in construction and no communication with the management

Hotel closed.

The hotel was closed for renovation when I arrived. This caused me considerable stress. Eventually I found out the the Speke Hotel was owned by the same company and they gave me accommodation. PLEASE remove the Tourist Hotel from your list until it is open again.

One of the most god aweful hotels ive ever stayed

It was terrible! Terrible! The bed was just a matress, the room was more like a shed house, there was virtualy no windows. It smelled, the next day i ran for my health! Do not stay here unless your wanted by the FBI or any government agency !

Wildlife in Africa

Confusion on arrival as confirmation had been received from another agency not hotel.com. So0rted out without difficulty.Staff very helpful.Room left much to be desired and eventually the bed bugs won and I was moved.

ミニバスターミナル付近と市場付近にあり、場所は良いです。レストランのみ、WIFIあり便利です。ホテルは目立ちますが、入口はわかりにくいです。その分、ガードマンがいてセキュリティはシッカリしてます。

En forfærdelig larm, døgnet rundt fra markedet.

Det var meget svært at få sovet. Om morgenen kl. 4-5 begyndte markedet at åbne og støjen steg langsomt i styrke. Om natten var der larm fra lastbiler der lossede varer til markedet. Værelsesstanden afveg betydeligt fra billederne i kataloget. Værelset var noget mere slidt.

All that glitter is not gold.

The advert on the net are far from reality. The rooms are so small that you cannot even stretch yourself. No air con. No hot water in the bathroom in day time. during night it is just lukewarm. So Called white Towel had become pale and treads were showing out. The palce is just next to the vegetable market where one cannot sleep the whole night due to the noise. The plumming work is of the most inferior quality even the toilet sheet had crack. Other facilities like sauna, steam, gym are a total lie. On enquiry about these facilities it was told that one can utilize these facilities in other sister concern called Dolfin suits which takes almost 30 mins drive by taxy and 30000 UGX. Over all the stay was anti climax.
