Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia.
I had the worst experience and I had to check out in one day. There were no supplies and my shuttle wasn't available at the time of pick. When I arrived at the hotel the staff told me he had just gotten information that I was coming! I wasn't given the room I initially booked.
Booked a room with LCD TV as advertised on website but found none! No wifi at all though advertised because no phone line nor wifi equipment! Meals were very very basic. Room almost bare save for bed, table and chairs and small old 14" CRT TV with only Gospel channels. No hot water for shower. Constant power cuts. Coffee/tea maker was a small thermos that made one cup! No one with any authority around so complains go no where. How did it ever get onto Hotels.com I wonder!
Alles is minimaal, zelfs geen decoratie aan de muren. Badkamer is continu nat vw lekkage. Restaurant aanwezig wil zeggen dat er een plaats is waar je kunt zitten en het eten wordt uit de stad gehaald. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels.
Afspraken, oppikken van vliegveld waren ze vergeten en ik moest 2 uur wachten totdat eenvoudige diner opgediend werd.
