I had high hopes for this hotel despite reading some reviews about cleanliness issues, noisy AC units, and poor service. I assumed those were one-off experiences, so I went ahead with my booking and made sure to request a quiet room with no AC issues.
Unfortunately, my stay confirmed many of those concerns. Upon check-in, I found leftover food in the fridge, which was quite disgusting and clearly showed the room had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the AC unit in the room made a constant high-pitched squealing noise that made it hard to sleep comfortably.
The next morning, I had breakfast at the hotel and ended up with stomach cramps, which added to an already unpleasant experience.
After checking out, I realized I had left my electric toothbrush behind. I called the front desk on August 2. The woman who answered seemed reluctant to help. She simply said nothing was found in lost and found and that the room was already occupied by another guest. I politely asked if she could check with housekeeping, but she refused and just repeated that nothing was found.
I left a message for the hotel manager, who did call me back later, but the answer remained the same: nothing was found.
Overall, for the price I paid, this stay was very disappointing. From cleanliness and AC noise to food safety and unhelpful staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or return in the future.
