Best Western Plus properties are not required to have a restaurant, but a complimentary hot buffet breakfast is required if a restaurant is not available on site. We are lucky to be in the area we are, as many eating establishments are within walking distance. From the Best Western website for clarification "Staying at a Best Western Plus guarantees you all the amenities of a Best Western, plus more. With on-site business centers, gym facilities, and guest laundry, we fulfill your business and relaxation needs simultaneously." We also have a salt water pool and hot tub that our guests love to spend time in. I hope that explains the difference between a Core and a Plus property.
