"Con: The bed cover was not big enough for the bed. Pro: I did enjoy the cheese and wine hour very much. It gave me time to talk with others travelers staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good too."

"We came in early from our flight from a safari and the front office staff managed to get us into our room right away. We also left a piece of luggage with them while we were on safari. The breakfast is dry good with lots of options and the hotel location is great, right downtown and close to the train station. All staff were great!!!"

"Our stay in this hotel has been really good. Its location, steps away from the Central Square and one block from one of the main Subway stations, is perfect. The hotel is also about 10 blocks away from Amsterdam "Centraal" train station which has direct service from and to the airport as well as many locations surrounding Amsterdam like Zaanse Schans to see four wonderful windmills on you own. The room was clean although in need of more places to accommodate luggage and personal stuff. They have a nice breakfast buffet and WiFi service. Hotel staff was very nice."
