We had such a relaxed and lovely stay at this charming cosy cottage. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Short walk to the pier. We were in TimberLoo Cottage 5 (1 Queen Bed) SPA & Wood Stove.

Authentic forest accommodation in the middle of the Kalimna woods; spacious two-bedroom cottage with a jetted spa; adequate toilet and kitchen amenities but some utensils like cutleries need upgrading consistent with their high-technology keyless entry and in-room WiFi connectivity; I highly recommend this property for families with children!

Lovely country cabin

What a fab little place. I am assuming that the owner booked us in and he was lovely. The cabin was very cute, plenty of space, comfortable beds. It was very cold in there because we visited in the winter however we paid a small fee for some firewood and got the log burner going. Was great value for money would love to go back when it was warmer.

We loved these cottages - the surrounding farmland and bush with the lakes at the end of the street made it the perfect location to immerse ourselves in nature. The fireplace and spa were the perfect touch for the cold evening

Cozy Cabin

A lovely cabin in the woods. Very clean, everything we needed was there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and bath were great. There's even clothes washing facilities. Be sure to pack anti bug spray for yourself, if you go out at night the insects bite.

Beautiful location and grounds. Cottages very cute and clean. We had two cottages between us and friends and we enjoyed a bbq in the bushy grounds. Will definitely stay again. Thanks to the hosts who were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing time - it was great to be in a cabin in the woods. Great to go exploring and walking. Cosy and really comfortable inside. One of the best beds we’ve ever slept in.

Lovely little cottages in a serene forest location. Little rustic but clean and warm and we got what we were after with a lovely quiet overnight stay. The bird and possum feeding is a nice touch.

Absolutely fantastic, great bungalow, good equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful Interieur and outside amazing animals in a wonderful surrounding. We would have loved to stay longer.

It was a very quiet and peaceful setting but still very close to all amenities. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The cabins were older style and did look a bit tired in places but it was very clean. Limited channels on the television and they dropped and we lost signal many times..

This property was lovely. The shower over a spa bath was dangerous with no grip rail for support and the shower water went over the floor. The only hazard for older people in a delightful cottage.

We came to this property for one night on our way back to Melbourne with our 2 kids (5 and 1 year old), and we found it absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had 2 bedrooms and a spa room, and the kids loved the cottage and the property with all the birds and playground and so much to see. Such a great alternative to staying in a random motel room with kids. A bit out of town, which we loved, but also the Kalimna pub at the end of the street was perfect for a pub meal before tucking back into the cottage with the DVD player (a novelty for the kids!) and a spa. Management was also lovely and the cottage was super clean. Will definitely be back to stay if we do another road trip out that way!

Was a nice experience and a lovely place with lots of animals around. Going there with no SUV might be a bit of a challenge. Expecting no bugs/spiders in the room in the middle of a forest might be too much.

We loved feeding the possums and the beautiful, quiet bush setting of this lovely little cabin. While the cabin itself is dated and could probably do with a freshen up, everything was clean and comfortable enough. Shower was great! It rained during our stay, which made the driveway in and out of the property quite muddy & slippery, so just be cautious, especially at night. The owner is very friendly and helpful and his cute little puppy was a hit with the kids! We would be happy to stay again
