Breakfast could use more options.
Difficult to communicate with staff as English is very limited but they tried very hard to accomodate.

"Puding staff did a great job during our stay. They were very helpful and accommodating to my daughter and wife’s disabilities, especially since the old town is limited access by car and has lots of slopes. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, although a little lacking on hot breakfast options, Iwould definitely recommend !"

"The communication with the hotel from the get go was excellent. Mr Tanner was so kind and helpful from the time we arrived till we left. He’s very polite and so are the hotel staff. This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. This hotel values the customer, and that is core value to feel welcome.

"We had an excellent room on the top floor of one building, with a terrace looking over the leafy complex. The beds were comfortable and bathroom worked well, though a bit small with a huge tub shower to climb into. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had some issues one morning, with cold eggs and coffee, but was fine a second morning. It can be a bit noisy as the room entry doors need slamming and the wood construction echoes. Unsere 2 Zimmer waren mit Balkon und das war sehr schön!
Die Terrasse und Frühstück dort war wunderschön und sehr lecker 😋
Man konnte das mehr super sehen von dort aus❤️
Und die Terrasse konnte man auch tagsüber benutzen, was sehr praktisch war!
Möchte noch sagen, dass man bei dem Hotel auch ein Auto mieten kann, was günstiger und praktischer ist, weil in der Altstadt es schon ein bisschen problematisch mit den Parkplätzen ist.
Ibrahim hat uns aber damit geholfen.

"Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, lovely staff. The area is very nice and lively but the hotel is at a quiet part of it so we did not hear anything from outside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They provide parking if you are coming with a car, just be mindful there are narrow streets you have to drive to get by. If not, there is public parking nearby that is very cheap for overnight parking. Highly recommend this cute hotel. "
