Great hotel in an awesome location. Lots to do on site (swimming, water slides, beach, yoga, table tennis…etc all free, then lots of paid for options such as pastel, mountain biking, tennis, golf). Location was great, lots of opportunity to explore historic sites and natural beauty….not to mention local culture. Lots of on site restaurants but some of the local ones in Gialova were brilliant.

I lost a bag in my room and informed the reception. They only put it in lost and found Even though i explained that i lost it while it was in my room. But other than that, the property was amazing A lot of options for dining And lots of pools, however the water temperature was too cold.

Beautiful grounds and beach. The breakfast buffet was nice. The other dining options weren't good. The food isnt good and overpriced. The service at the seafood restaurant wasn't good. The employees stood around talking. I had to get up and pour my own water for a 180.00 dinner for 2. The food was cold. The staff seems intense to me not sincere. There were no beach towels at the beach. I finally found them behind a building on large bags. Nice resort and beach but way over priced . other dining

Had a lovely three night stay for my babymoon, and I was very happy with the quality of service received here. Everyone said hello. I requested for a pregnancy pillow and even though the hotel didn't have one for the first night, the Housekeeping team managed to locate one for me the next evening. The turndown service was also so lovely. We also liked our PT, George at the health club. The gym setup was well-fitted out, too. Some facilities are a bit dated but the views made up for them. We struggled to get a reservation for the first evening and ended up with a €95 mediocre room service. A hanger would be useful in rooms.

Be careful at the Italian Restaurant

We always enjoy staying here. I was disappointed at a dinner at the Italian restaurant. We ate there twice. The first time the staff was pleasant and kind and we had a great time. I am Greek so was able to order and communicate in Greek. The second time my husband went with our 3 boys. They do not speak Greek so the waiter decided to charge them 4 times the original price for bread. I realized that when I went to meet them at the restaurant and looked at their bill. The waiter was surprised we caught the error and went to go tell a lady behind the cash. As he approached her they both laughed while they fixed the mistake. Very very disappointing. We love the resort but all it takes is one dishonest employee to change your opinion about something.

Wonderful stay . Loved the breakfast a special thanks to Elena from Marias breakfast . Very helpful. A severe thunderstorm in the evening meant we had 4 power cuts but luckily we got power back soon.

Incredible resort- we loved every minute of our stay! Beautiful atmosphere, elegant, excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet, wonderful beach. Excellent day care facilities for kids full of fun activities, water park, access to adult only W. Amazing, we will return next year

What can I say overall amazing experience. Second visit here with my family and would definitely come back. Even though it’s a bit of a drive from Athens worth the trip.
