"My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". "There is a nightclub on the 4th floor. We were on the 3rd, so we heard loud music until midnight, then we were awakened multiple other times by the sounds of equipment being moved and dropped. The staff shrugged theirs shoulders and told us the nightclub was closed on Monday, our final night, but did nothing to compensate us for no sleep."

"The room was great. All beds was comfortable except one. The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast area was extremely nice!! However, apparently don't get many English speaking people. I speak very little German, but I tried. Check in was a little rude. **Please note the restaurant attached to not part of the hotel. "Bei mehreren Nächten Aufenthalt kein Zimmerservice geplant. Eine Buchung für diesen Service konnten wir zu unserem Buchungszeitraum allerdings nicht finden. Trotz Wochenende konnten wir über den Kontakt allerdings mitteilen und sogar frische Handtücher wurden uns in kurzer Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt."
