"This is a beautiful property, less than 10 minutes from the center of Kaikoura. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing, with coffee, tea and snacks always available. The owners (Kevin and Ann) are gracious and very friendly. All in all, it's perfect!"

"We enjoyed our stays however was overwhelmed by the rules on staying at the property the book lists was over the top and felt unwelcoming especially if you stay a minute over 10am checkout time they charge $20 per hour, the kitchen was good however not really clean the pots and pans need upgrading the owner was not friendly so made us uncomfortable on arrival. Maybe kids would like it with all the animals around the dogs were the best part so lovely."
