"The room was fairly clean, but it definitely looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The baseboards were really dusty, under the beds were dirty & there was a seal from a shampoo bottle stuck to the bathroom shower. The only other issue I had was just how loud it was. You could dear every person walking, door closing & the traffic noise was super loud! Overall the property was beautiful, I’d probably stay again, especially for the price. But I do think the rooms could use a bit more cleaning time."

"Never been to the upper peninsula and this hotel was in the middle of everything to see and do with great views, comfortable beds and a great free breakfast. Went to see the pictured rocks on foot and the boat tour. Also saw other great things such as waterfalls and Presque Isle Great dining options within walking distance too"

"The property is excellent. The outdoor seating area was one of the perks of the property. Parking garage was an added bonus. I was so looking forward to breakfast and went down at 9am (my mistake-breakfast was til 9:30) and it was slim pickings. Waffle maker was out of order, but iron grids were on, yogurt station was almost empty and the cut up fruit gone. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was a “complementary” breakfast and they would check on it. No action taken. Expedia website said dogs stay at no charge - one place on the website said $75/week for dogs and another spot said something else. Very confusing. Otherwise, room was great!"
