"The front desk person was very nice, but I think the norm now with many hotels - is to have minimal staff at front desk. She didn't give me a receipt when I checked in, and they had already charged my room. I think that is because there is no refund if you cancel within a day or something. There was a sign at the front desk - to call a number or email if we need anything. We really enjoyed our room and everything else. Great location."

Its quasi european hostel and Mcmenamins style with mostly shared baths and showers, but the location is great, the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the staff is really the best; from the front desk people to all the cleaning personnel who do a tremendous job cleaning! Love this little motel!"
