A parte externa do hotel é muito linda! Espaço com brinquedos pra crianças muito bom tbm, café da manhã ótimo, quarto espaçoso e limpo, a única ressalva é q no banheiro a água escapava por baixo do box, viajamos em família e reservamos 5 quartos e 3 apresentavam o mesmo problema!

Foi minha terceira vez no hotel, nas últimas 2 vezes foi maravilhoso que fiquei no primeiro andar , dessa vez foi um horror , fiquei no apartamento na parte de baixo , além de muito barulho das pessoas entrando e saindo, o ar-condicionado do quarto que eu estava, ele estava fazendo muito barulho , como se precisasse lubrificar alguma peça dele , ele incomodou a dormir , eu e meu amigo não conseguimos dormir quase nada por conta do barulho do ar . Porém não avisamos a recepção porque acreditávamos que o hotel estava super cheio e não teria outro quarto para troca .

De quinta dia 18/11/2025 a terça 23/12/2025 era só cuzcuz, não tinha uma raiz; tipo macaxeira, inhame ou batata doce, era só cuzcuz. Faltou também a melhoria de proteínas. Foram dois dias de salsicha. Mas outros alimentos, sucos, frutas, tapioca, sucos tinha tudo, Já a equipe de funcionários tudo tranquilo, mas teve um detalhe sobre a piscina, durante essa estadia só dois dias estava com a qualidade de limpa, o restante não, falo no tocante a limpeza durante o dia de uso, poderia aspirar ou tirar o excesso de dejetos de folhas e fazer besouros, tipo da uma manutenção durante o dia.

O hotel é bem tranquilo e espaçoso, fica próximo de vários pontos importantes de visita em Juazeiro, tem café da manhã disponível e se nao quiser sair do hotel para comer, o restaurante funciona até as 22h. Tivemos um pouco de problema com barulhos vindo do corredor mas aí não é culpa do hotel e sim das pessoas que são mal educadas!
