Wall paper peeling on walls inside and outsidr room in hallways. Strong cigarette smell in common srea lobby. The outside side doors always unlocked. Desk furniture was missing drawers. Hotel was in rough shape. It was very economical, and served its purpose as a place close to UCONN to see my daughters graduation, but wouldn’t make cacation plans to stay here"

"Rooms were nice. Very clean and well maintained. Unlike many places I have stayed, air in the room was fresh. Did not smell as if it had been closed up for some time. Motel located in an area I felt safe to walk with many amenities within a short walking distance."

"Good enough room. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. No hot water, some cereal, a few pieces of toast hardly anything there. Didn’t expect much but a piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been appreciated. Bathroom towels are tiny."

"We stayed at this hotel for many years going to the Brimfield Flea. We hadn’t gone for a few years and decided to go this year. The hotel is in disrepair. Front desk people were very nice and helpful but that’s the only upside. We heard that the hotel is up for sale. The fact that it has lake front would be a great if someone would spend the money to upgrade this hotel. Le"
