"Stayed just one night after a concert. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is beautiful and I love the fact that so much history has been preserved. The location is excellent, beautiful view of the port from our room (Angeles in the mountain suites), easy walking distance to just about anywhere. Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel bar and restaurant being open until midnight was a treat for a nightcap after our show. Mossy makes THE BEST whiskey sour I’ve ever had!!!"

"I travelled from Canada to see a live music event. The staff was away from the front desk when I arrived so I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to check-in. On top of that annoyance, the staff took forever to complete my check in. And to top it all of off they returned my credit card but not my license and I did not notice. I went to my concert and was denied entry because I did not have my ID, missing a large portion of it. The management gave me lip service about making it up to me, but they have not responded. The people here are very incompetent and I would be weary of staying here. "
