" The Hotel lobby was not tidy. The elevator was not working, so taking the stairs was the only way to get to the rooms the entire stay. The room assigned had uncleaned linen. There was dirty stains and make up on the sheets. The second room was a lil better, but on the inside of the door was splattered with a brown substance. I literally had to clean up the door and bathroom. I was very disappointed. "
