"Big and modern room; buffet breakfast starts from 4 am which is convenient but sometimes the refills were taking too long.
The location is not close to the airport and I wished this had been communicated more clearly. It took us 20+ minutes to reach the hotel with their shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes. The wait plus the ride meant it took us almost an hour to get to the hotel. Reception staff said they would unload the suitcases and bring them straight to the room, but this meant an extra...

"Hotel was in a really nice and safe location. Plenty of dining and shopping all within walking distance. Views of Lima’s coast line are within a few minutes of walking distance.
Hotel had a nice gym with the necessary equipment for a nice workout. It also had a nice patio attached to the gym where you can workout or stretch outside. Really cool.
Room was nice and clean. Bathrooms were also nice and had everything that you would need like, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, and robes.

"Clean room, good location and friendly staff. Our safe and fridge both needed replacing and it took multiple asks to get it done but this is par for the course here. Room maintenance was pretty minimal - basically just made the bed. The morning we left for the airport there was no running water and we had to go showerless to the airport which was disappointing. Again, bad communication is par for the course and not necessarily a Sonesta-specific problem."

"The hotel is superb and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would suggest improving the quality and speed of the breakfast buffet and à la carte, there’s a lot on display, however not much that really speaks Peruvian, and waiting time for an omelette is at least thirty minutes on a not very busy day. Same with the restaurant, one would expect a better quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend nonetheless."
