โรงแรมใกล้สวนฮอร์เก มอนทัลโว, El Paso

"Habitación 318, sin muebles. Yo reserve una habitación de lujo. Y no me cumplieron. Tampoco me resolvieron nada cuando reclamé con la recepcionista."

"The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant."

"Problems with billing. Paid $387 for two nights, and now my cc is showing multibillings from Radisson totaling over $930. Would not give receipt when checked out, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area, and this is the only one with these issues. El Paso, Texas"

"The room cleaning has to be asked something that it was done daily before. The hot water went out the second day. It’s ok if it comunicated but it wasn’t. I was told that the manager was going to explain what happened. Did not happened"

"Fue una buena estadía."

"The staff was great and the Hotel was very clean."

"Everything was close by an accessible"

"Zero hot water. Refused a refund."

"Overall it was a good experience, the only thing was that they were working / upgrading the property at the time. But, it was a good stay and the property was very clean. Breakfast was good with great coffee. It was worth it."

"Great price and walking distance to El Paso airport!"
