"staffs are very nice and polite, everywhere is clean and shiny."

"We had such a great stay at White Oaks! One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the staff were. When we were checking in, one of the staff members heard that we were celebrating my sister's 16th birthday, and we were so surprised to find a little treat waiting for her in the room! It was such a sweet gesture and made our stay feel extra special. It's the little things like that that really make a difference and show that the staff genuinely care about their guests. "This hotel is tired. You can tell that mgmt does their best to maintain it but it's in need of a major upgrade. It is clean and the breakfast has many options."

"Overpriced for what you get. Very basic minimal rooms and amenities, the price we paid was far too much for what we got."

A comfortable bed and properly maintained furniture are the bare minimum anyone should expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet even those basic standards. I paid for a relaxing stay but ended up having a sleepless and uncomfortable night. Definitely not worth the money, and I would...

"We loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfy. The concierge were very helpful and personable. Ine of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel stay. The pool was very enjoyable and almost warm. We wished we had time to use the bowling lanes, the mini-golf and the arcade. We highly recommend this hotel."
