"Loved the staff and the room! We were upgraded to the 21st floor and had the perfect room facing the falls but also gave us a view of the Clifton Hills strip. It was very nice. Only negative was the elevators at times it took 20-30 minutes to get to the 21st floor. It seemed like only 1 or 2 minutes were even working. The elevators were always uncomfortable Lu packed full of people aggressively trying to get on and fit in because they had waited so long. Our other trips here weren’t like that so hopefully they get it fixed. Overall great stay."
