We stay here 3-4 times a year. It is a wonderful hotel. Very clean, safe and staff will go above and beyond for you. The elevator will be down November and December. Be sure to ask if it's operational before you book your room.

The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my way through Joplin. Would definitely recommend.

We liked the room with a kitchen. Everything needed was there. The icemaker didn't start working until around 2am., not good. The room was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was hard to find with mapquest. The only bed available was a queen, we have a king at home and always get king when staying in a hotel so this was not something we want to do again.

Everything was great except for the fact that they require an aditional $25 at check-in for the soda, candy, and small shop they have in case we need anything. what we didn't use was sent back to us by way of the card that was used.

1) EV Charger has so little power it is useless. Do not stay here expecting to charge your car 2) the exterior landscaping is unkempt, and overgrown with weeds 3) the entire facility ventilation is sub-par. the halls and rooms smell with old cooking odors, its very unlikeable. 4) when I checked in the staff were unable to find a reasonable room. The second rooms they offered had not been cleaned. The third time was acceptable, but... gee... 3 times? and attitude! 5) the gym is tiny 6) no breakfast 7) at a price that was above many hotels in the area. STAY AWAY

They thought of little things like an extra outlet by the full length mirror, two closets, large counter in the bathroom, and an outlet by the mirror in the bedroom. Those are the things I look for and many times don’t get.
