Could use some more attention to details, but the room overall was safe & warm for the night. We were missing several lightbulbs, and there were some items left from previous guests that housekeeping failed to notice when cleaning. I wasn't worried about parking my car overnight, so that's a plus.

The shampoo bottle was open and half used. It would have been good if this had been checked. I had to get my key card renewed for my second day-a pain in the tukus. Other than that, the room and staff were fine.
