My personal experience was a comfortable bed, sheets were clean. Pillows were fine. The room was non-smoking, but it definitely had a stale smoke smell to it. "The room was new and up to date. But the cleanliness of the room was very lacking. The bed spread and blanket looked to have many spill or liquid spots on them, it was very dusty and the floor way dirty. The area outside of the room was cluttered with boxes, vaccums and a grill."
"Our stay at the Residence Inn Lynchburg was very nice. I love the apartment style rooms. Has everything you need. The hotel and grounds were clean and I felt safe with the well lit parking lot. Free hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
If I’m back in this area I would definitely stay at Residence inn again."
