"Complained about what sounded like an intoxicated tenant making too much noise around 9 pm. Tenant remained loud till a second complaint was made at midnight when staff finally engaged. Both days had no hot water. Complained to staff with no change with water temperature. "

"The staff was friendly and the rooms were basic but clean. The location is good and close to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint I have, and as an Alaskan I understand that keeping a parking lot clear in the early spring is difficult, but the lot at the hotel was in terrible shape. A professional loader needs to come in for a good scraping. No effort was made at all to clean out handicapped parking and just walking to the door was treacherous. The poor parking lot maintenance this time of year was neglectful and no place to cut corners. The owner needs to do better. It is a huge safety hazard, especially to disabled guests. "
