"They gave me a room and when I went inside the room somebody was already in the room. I had to wait till they clean another room. The room was dirty the floor was sticky it smelled bad. The phone didn’t work. The tv controller didn’t had batteries. There were no towels in the restroom. No soap so I had to go down to the lobby because the phone didn’t work. They told me that they didn’t give out shampoo only soap. "

"I have traveled the world for the last 40 years I never had customers service front desk like that ever. I arrive at the front desk at 9:30pm after driving for 4:30 hours the front desk person was the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have seen in 40 years. I come in and say hello I need to check in here is my confirmation number she answered like that I don’t have any rooms we are all booked I said I am not asking for a new room I have reservation and it’s confirmed and paid for she said I don’t care about you reservation I am booked. I said you haven’t even looked at my confirmation I showed her my confirmation and even pulled out my credit card app to show her that is paid . She answered I don’t care about you reservation or your payment I don’t have any rooms I am not going to go back and forth and if you don’t leave I can call the police I asked to talked to a manager she said it’s no manager here today you can come back tomorrow and talk to someone this is by far is the worse customer service person I talk to ever . It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere. She did not want to give me her name but in the end she did her name is lani and I am sure you can find her name easily I arrive at 4/10/3026 at 9:30 pm This is just the beginning I am not going to let this just pass "

"I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years and consistently book my travel through your platform. I also usually purchase trip protection, but did not in this case since I was about to arrive at the hotel. When I realized I had booked the wrong date (Itinerary No. 73406343763019), I tried multiple times to correct it through Expedia and was told no changes or refunds were possible. What is concerning is that the issue was ultimately resolved by Jennifer Hernandez at the front desk of Comfort Suites in San Marcos, not Expedia. She took the initiative to contact your agents and successfully corrected the reservation. After over 45 years of travel, this level of service is rare. I appreciate the outcome, but this experience raises concerns about Expedia’s flexibility and support for loyal customers. Date of stay: March 27, 2026 – Room 104"

"The woman at the front counter in the AM on 4/5/26 was very professional and attentive. I did not catch her name but she made the stay very earming and we felt like part she was concerned with any of my needs. My family really enjoyed our stay."
