"Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, more meat options would have been nice. Beds were uncomfortable for me. There was construction on interstate right beside hotel so, was loud at times"

"First I will talk about the staff. The staff were very polite and kind. At check-in Aaron was helping us and was beyond polite. The pool was great and wpuld highly recommend poolside. There were some minor things but in reality when you have great service it truly makes up for it and makes complaints far less likely. I would highly recommend this place and hiring more people like Aaron! Would come back. Thanks. "

"Parking ramp was confusing, breakfast was great. Had separate things for people who have celiac disease.. my room didn't have soap, otherwise everything else was clean and no problems."

"My stay was amazing overall…there was just one super simple thing at 8:30am on check out housekeeping quickly knocked twice and proceeded to enter I was Still sleeping I didnt Complain or anything…my mistake for not having the dnd on the door but it was kinda flimsy so it kept falling off everytime I opened The door so eventually I left It on the floor lol but nice staff nice place definitely would recommend"

"Property is great! Extra charges for parking was ridiculous charged me 50 for two nights just to park! Claims its controlled by 3rd party but i doubt it. Will not stay again because of hidden charges , getting to dislike hidden fees!! Be upfront!! They already charge for breakfast which i am ok with. But charging for overnight parking is ridiculous, we stay in Minneapolis alot, and will be staying elsewhere. Other than that the place is great."

"The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…"
