"It is an ok hotel, near the airport with not much around it. My stay was not good due to an interaction with a female front desk attendant May 14 @ 6 p.m. I had some questions about why my room was not cleaned. She was rude, disresectful and could not care less. Other hotel staff were fine but my experience with her soured my opinion of the hotel. Would not return there. "

"Everything was ideal ,this place makes you feel welcome . And it is a great landing spot after a long day. My hat is off to couple of ladies that put the breakfast together. They work so hard preparing great food a mean cup of coffee but they dont work hard at there smiles and laughter that just is them. The maid service is incredible , impecible job. I left my maid a nice tip. She earned it by just being exceptional. In the later evening the,front desk is maned by a gentleman say 50. Super nice knew my name and room number without having to look or me tell him. He always had great things to talk about. Real pleasure seeing him each nite. The whole place is maintained incredibly. For the cost of hotels you get more than your dollars worth. When i travel i typically stay with best westwern . Never a bad experience "

"Due to our schedule and short stay, we didn't try the breakfast, but were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the breakfast area. Our room was sparkling clean and surfaces were uncluttered. The full kitchen (minus oven) is a convenient and welcome amenity for those who like to make their own meals."

"The room was spacious and well-lit. However, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. The bedsheets also lacked that clean, freshly laundered scent, so I wasn’t fully confident they had been changed. Housekeeping is not automatically provided unless requested. Unfortunately, slippers and bathrobes were also unavailable, even upon request. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was good, with a wide variety of options available."
