I liked my room and the views! I was on the 19th floor, and it was beautiful up there! I like the fact that the room had a microwave and other amenities that were useful for a comfortable stay. And the staff? Very professional and helpful. Also enjoyed the breakfast options. Overall my stay was great and wished I had booked more days. But I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in Johannesburg again, because I appreciated the location also

The room was very clean and spacious; It was useful having a w/d in the room; the staff were all very helpful, especially Patricia in the dining room, Amos - Manager, and Thomas was our helpful concierge. They were the dream team for me. Breakfast was great everyday and they offered dinner as well, including room service. Having free transportation to and from local areas was an unexpected bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it for your next trip to Jo’Burg.
