Not as shown on the website. The luxury rm wasn’t impressive, the carpets dirty and had a foul ar tench that triggered my sinus. Left the place in a sick condition. Extremely disappointed

False advertising

Staff was friendly when we booked in. The room looked nice and overall we had a nice stay. We went out for lunch with friends and came back at around 7pm. It was a Sunday night and we wanted to order room service as advertised on the booking. To find that they only service breakfast and light lunch no dinner. We then had to order Uber Eats, which was OK but they do not provide plates and cutlery, very difficult to eat without cutlery. The Mini bar was empty not even some water. We had to order cold drinks with Uber eats again. The only reason we did not leave or had to order from Uber eats twice was that we had a few drinks at lunch and did not want to drive under the influence. We maight stay there again we will make sure to buy any food or drink before hand, if we do.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff!!! Great setting and large well equipped rooms. Great Stay Overall! Unfortunately the downside - walked into reception to find 4 people (receptionist was wearing a mask!) sitting in the small area not wearing masks and one of the cleaners going into my room with no mask!!
