Excellent base near the airport. We stayed on 3 seperate nights while travelling to various destinations. Staff are great, free shuttle was so handy and the food was amazing. They even kept the luggage we didn't need for each trip we took free of charge. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We also used the spa while there which was so relaxing in a lovely setting. Would highly recommend this hotel (now called Destiny)

Everything was great. Our room wasn’t ready until 3.50pm but other than that the room was clean, breakfast was vast! We had dinner at the hotel which was also very good. We needed to get money out from an atm a block away and the porters took us, not wanting us to walk which was a kindness. There is a shuttle that runs to and from the airport for free - they say 48hours notice to book but as long as there is space you can book last minute as well, it runs once an hour.

Very friendly and attentive staff, clean and quiet room and very good restaurant choices. My only complaint was the bathroom tissues were more like paper towel than actual tissue and not great for using on face or noses.

Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either. Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette.
