Kind staff

Kind staff There was a really thankful story at Premiere Classe Suites. I got in trouble in Johannesburg (something bad), manager kindly helped me. So, My family and I want to thank to them. Comfortable room, Safe Parking lot, Perfect location The room was warm and cosy and clean. And located near to tourist attractions, such as Nelson Mandela Square, Apartheid Museum I highly recommend Premiere Classe Suites, I will restay at the hotel next time.

Wet floor and carpet

The room we stayed in, when showing the water overflowed onto the floor and into the bedroom, thus the carpet was wet and smelly. I suffer with sinus problems and had a restless night sneezing the entire time.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Premiere Classe Suites, from check in the service was fantastic & the rooms were spacious & well equipped. There is a supermarket about a 5 minute walk from the suites to get food ect to self cater & a shopping centre a bit further up. The owner was lovely & all staff were very friendly. The complex is gated with security & parking inside the gates. We only stayed two nights but would definitely stay again if we returned.

The room etc was clean and neat. The blockout curtains normally is a must when I travel I visited the area for business, restaurants and shopping centres around the corner as well as a pharmacy less than 1km down the road which I had to go to. I did not make use of the breakfast option. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.

Very reasonable price when you're just looking for a place to sleep, so you're not paying for extras when all you want is a comfy bed! (And the wifi was great!)

Great accomidation but bad service - unfriedly

I was very disapointed with the lack of service, the person on duty was unfriendly and unhelpful. The accomidation was good but was spoilt by the bad attitude of the person on duty. There was no canderell in the coffee station and the only explination I was offered is this is a self catering unit. I also found dirty dishes on my arrival and the person on duty did not lift a fingre to adress the situation. There was no dish wash liquid or any sponges, to scouer pots and nothing on the website to indicate what would be required to stay one night. Please put a list up so guests know what is reqauired. The Hotel.com websight indicated aircon, there is only ceiling fans ( One of the reasond I selected the option was because of the indication that there was aircon) No swimming pool ...very disapointing,

The room is okay but there was no Air-conditioning only a fan that makes the room very stuffy. A big minus for any class hotel...it's a minimum standard...Disappointed!

Cleaning staff very friendly but forget to replenish tea and coffee stuff... towels only changed every 3 days which is not good... hotel does not have tools to carry luggage not even one. Guards or reception staff just look at you. Not a good reception at all

Perfect for the cricket

Stayed for 8 nights in room 111 at the end of the corridor on the first floor. The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It's only a three minute walk to the Wanderers cricket ground which is why I booked to stay there, and it was perfect for that. My car and I felt very secure and safe while there. The only minor issues I have are with the wifi - no problems in the lounge area in the room, but it didn't reach the bedroom. Probably because the room was at the end of the corridor. And the sofa in the room was well used with a noticeable dip in the middle. Other than that, it was all good and perfect for what I wanted. If I was to go back and watch cricket, I would definitely stay at the Premiere Classe Suites again.
