The wait for the shuttle at the airport was a bit long. The bed sheets and towels in my room were dirty, I even saw blood stains on the duvet when I woke up in the morning. The furniture in the room is a bit outdated and worn out except for the bed which looked a bit new. The staff were very friendly especially the receptionist, she was such an angel. The breakfast was economic but still okay for value of the money per night.

Never stay there again. Room and linen was clean (only good thing to say). Staff were unfriendly. Shuttle was not at arranged meeting place (disorganised - esspecially when they gave the arrangements to meet) Noise outside the room was unbearable with other guests drinking till early hours of the morning (no consideration for other guests). Another guest was making TikTok videos right outside my room (again no consideration for others). Breakfast very underwelmed. Very dissappointed and wish i had booked elsewhere.

Je recommande cet hôtel

Je recommande cet hôtel qui est juste à proximité de l'aéroport. C'est trés propre et les chambres sont bien équipées. J'ai trouvé la literie confortable également. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cozy place away from home.

My stay here was short by necessity but the friendly staff and the clean, tidy room made the brief time spent here very enjoyable. Check in was fast and efficient, as was check out. The breakfast was made fresh to order in the morning. The inclusion of breakfast in the room rate made it value for money to me. The location is nice and close to the airport so travel times were nice and short. Yes this comes with the downside of hearing planes overhead but the sound did not interfere with sleep. There is security at the gate round the clock to open up for guests who do travel in and out.

Adequate. Very noisy surroundings. The front staff was not willing to help us order pizza- no suggestions or assistance in making a call to order. As a result we never got a delivery and cancelled our Uber eats order.

I like the convenience of being close to the airport and shuttle service to and from airport. The staff are efficient and very helpful and friendly. Assitance to take luggage to your room. I like that the room was very clean. The linens was white and fresh. Bed was comfortable. It is an older place so not very up to date. The shower taps didn't work easy and, I did thought the towels is very thin. An upgrade on new towels will Add more to the experience. The shower was clean but could perhaps do an intensive clean on tiny spots of mold, and new filling by sink. Although overall the room and bathroom was clean, the lace curtain in bathroom needs a wash aswell the curtians & lace curtians by the small windowsill è However there is new smart television in room.

The shuttle service is a joke...they were not at the airport to meet us although detsils were sent to them weeks before we arrived. Ehen we eventually got through to them they turned up to pick up 3 of us our 5 suitcases and 3 hand luggages in a salon car. Two of us were crushed in the back seat with luggage almost on top of us. When we got to the hotel they had no room for us and said we would be sent to another place a guest house belonging the the Hotel owner's brother. We had a further wait then to be taken to a small guest house 10 minutes away. These people are terrible...

I arrived Johannesburg at past 1Am and this guest house was closed for the day, I had earlier sent them a message of my flight details and arrival time. They were locked and said the room had been given to someone else. That they tried to call me. How do you call someone who is airborne? When I sent a message why didn’t I get a response? I was left in the cold night stranded and the staff who I met outside was very rude to me. Saying they are fully booked
