As a solo traveler, I felt safe and completely comfortable. The staff were kind and the amenities were great. I did not experience any issues with load shedding or having any difficulty accessing wifi. I would recommend the hotel apartments for short or long term stays. The apartments are near the US embassy as well

When you don't want a service, housekeepers have to ask the guest if they need something today? I think the security was good. No lift is a disadvantage in the property, to carry the luggage it is difficult with the stairs.

Somewhat dated but passable

The apartment is not as large as it appears in the photographs. However, the size is comfortable. I would not book a loft apartment as the bathroom is on the groundfloor and the room upstairs. This is not at all practical. The lift was not working during our stay so there was that to contend with. The establishment is within walking distance from the very pleasant Loftus shopping complex - lots of restaurants and a very pleasant setting.

Located close to shopping mall with good restaurants, supermarket/shops and the Loftus stadium. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor but the lift was not working. Needed help with suitcases and staff were very obliging. However, maybe a problem for guests with mobility issues. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all essentials provided
