Ponto 1: Havia um sofá cama mal lavado, fedeu a estadia inteira; ponto 2: não tinha informação clara sobre a dinâmica do café da manhã que teria que agendar antecipadamente via formulário (um para cada hóspede) com uma cafeteria no térreo e mesmo agendando no primeiro horário ficamos esperando entre 30 e uma hora para tomar o café; ponto 3: tudo tive descobrir sozinho, onde pegar a chave da academia, como pegar o carrinho para levar as malas que fica trancado, onde colocar o lixo, porque não tem serviço de quarto, trocar toalhas (cortesia), mesmo pagando um preço alto na estadia de 5 dias, claro que recorri ao chat da admistração e me respondiam algum tempo depois, mas já havia resolvido algumas coisas, achei algo frio, não conversamos com ninguém, apenas um gavetão se abria e informava e passava o que se precisava, enfim, não voltaria a me hospedar neste formato atual, quando tiramos férias não queremos nos preocupar com essas questões e nem ficar preenchendo formulário diário para tomar café. Ponto 4: de positivo é a localização e a estrutura do prédio, mas isso somente não basta, também nesse ponto faltou ter criados mudos para apoiar controles de ar, tv e celulares.
