What an amazing hotel! My check in was smoothly, they even upgraded my room. The room was very nice and comfortable! Reception is super friendly and helpful. And breakfast is to die for! The cuscus temperado was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

O hotel de maneira geral é bom, mas alguns pontos deixam a desejar. A localização é boa, próxima boas atrações turísticas, apesar de não estar exatamente na praia. Café da manhã de boa qualidade. Hotel relativamente novo e limpeza de boa qualidade. Área da piscina deixa a desejar. Muito pequena (somente 2 esteiras), a piscina é muito pequena e a água é fria. O hotel não dispõe de restaurante, apenas café da manhã. De qualquer forma o que mais me incomodou foi o despreparo e erros na hora de fecha o pagamento dos extras. Fiz o pagamento e fui chamado outras 3 vezes para rever o pagamento e ainda por cima queriam que cancelássemos o UBER, que já havia chegado, e voltássemos pela quarta vez para rever a conta. Uma confusão completa. Lamentável.

Fiz uma viagem a trabalho e precisa de uma estetoscópio mínima que me atendesse. Só consegui isso pegando um quarto de casal, pois o quarto de solteiro não posso uma mesa adequada para trabalhar, esta foi a única limitação. O local é muito bom, funcionários prestativos, boa cana. O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, mas a facilidade de estar próximo a praia e o fácil acesso a supermercados, lojas, restaurantes etc compensa.

A minha experiência no Smart Hotel foi excelente! Ótima localização, e o quarto era muito confortável, bem equipado e silencioso (perfeito para descansar após um dia de passeio pela cidade/praia e relaxar antes da realização da prova de um concurso). A limpeza dos ambientes estava impecável: desde as áreas comuns até o quarto e o banheiro, tudo sempre muito organizado e agradável. Um destaque especial vai para a equipe: todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis, prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. E o café da manhã? Simplesmente maravilhoso!
